...Calories that is! Life is too short to waste time on difficult or boring routines at the gym. Many are hesitant to get up and go workout, as they see exercise as a chore. With this mindset; it is no surprise that over 62.8% or Americans are overweight or obese.(Gallup, 2012)
Well, I have a surprise for you…getting in shape doesn’t need to be torture! Nobody wants to waste time putting their body through agony; people would rather do what they enjoy. I believe this is the main cause for obesity in North America.
So, make a list of all of the activities you enjoy, and do at least one of those activities a day… It’s that simple! Commit yourself to living the life you want, while obtaining the body you want! Make working out fun by doing what you enjoy! Go shopping and burn 11 calories per outfit you try on; a night out dancing can burn over 700 calories; sexercise can burn 250 calories per half hour. All you need to do is MOVE!
