We say "yay"! As caffeine can have a bad reputation, this is a very controversial topic. Many say that caffeine is bad for the heart, nerves, and increases depression. While this may be true for some individuals, others have proven to increase their overall performance (and health) when drinking a small amount of coffee regularly.
Based on scientific research studies, black coffee proves to enhance concentration, as well as improve accuracy and technique. Another benefit is reduced fatigue leading to longer, stronger workouts, which = results!
WARNING! Just don't over-do it! Too much coffee can lead to adverse effects so drink it in moderation. We recommend having a cup 30 min before a cardio workout; based on personal experience, don't consume coffee before weight lifting. As coffee is a diuretic and will dehydrate you, be sure to drink plenty of water to counteract the water-loss.
Please ask your doctor if a small amount of caffeine is allowed in your diet. Also, if you have had previous heart or blood pressure conditions, or experience anxiety, twitching, dizziness or nausea, we recommend, please take caution before including coffee into your daily routine.

- Smoking is the largest cause of preventable death in the world!
-Tobacco kills nearly 6 million people each year!
- Smokers die 13 to 14 years earlier then nonsmokers
We Have all heard the stats, and have seen anti-smoking advertisements, yet tobacco use continues to be a huge problem.
THE GOOD NEWS:
It's never to late to stop!! Of all smokers worldwide, 52% have tried to quit and failed. Most smokers want to quit, but feel they do not have the power to fight this addiction.
BellaVita CAN HELP!:
We have a team of experts ready to help you now, for a healthier tomorrow. But it's up to you to make the choice. The first step is in your hands.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
My father was a smoker for many years. I remember how much it hurt me as a child to watch him putting chemicals into his body. I remember that I used to cry and beg him to stop. Eventually he heard my cries, and saw what it was doing to him physically. He made the decision to quit, I remember I was so proud of him! He hasn't smoked for over 15 years.
The lowest moment of my modeling career has been shooting a smoking campaign over 8 years ago; back then, I thought it was a great opportunity for me. I was young and foolish. I wish I never did it. I was shot in videos trying to enjoy it, but when I look back now, I can really see that I was suffering and in pain. This was after 1 day of smoking, I can't even imagine what smokers must go through internally on a daily basis after years of smoking.
The highest moment of my modeling career thus far has been collaborating with a talented team on an anti-smoking campaign which I am still currently working on. It is definitely a worthwhile cause that I feel very strongly about. If this gets even one smoker to reconsider lighting their next cigarette, the effort has definitely been worth it.
