BellaVita offers a variety of fitness classes to make exercise accessible and convenient from the comfort of your home. The hardest part about working out is physically getting there, but our instructional classes eliminate this problem. Exercise with family, friends, and colleagues. We also have kids and family virtual classes!

Boot Camp/ HIIT
A high-intensity interval training class that has quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This type of exercise elevates your heart rate so that you burn more fat in a short amount of time. Includes warm up, body strength, and stretching, to leave you feeling strong and energized!
Yoga
A mind-body practice from ancient Indian philosophy focused on self-awareness. Yoga as an exercise, consists of practicing postures (asanas), using breath and flowing sequences. Asanas aid to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in your body.
Vinyasa Flow
Beneficial for the body and mind. Increases endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility, through an emphasis on breath/body movement. Reduces stress and allows the mind to relax.
Align + Flow
Focuses on centering and tuning into breath movement. Maximizes energy flow and allows you to experience stability and ease in each pose. Includes a mix of foundational moves and sequences that build strength and flexibility with gradual progression into more advanced postures.
Yoga-Sculpt
Focuses on mind and body. Increases endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility with an emphasis on core through a yoga flow while reducing stress and relaxing the mind.
Hatha
Focuses on cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind. Move slower with mindfulness and intention, allowing you to connect with your body and breath in a deeper way.
Restorative
Opens up the body through stretching exercises that allows you to relax and rest. Centers the body physically and mentally through practicing gentle movements.
Pilates
An effective low-impact class that strengthens and tones the body. Pilates targets the abdomen and low back muscles aiming to improve muscular alignment, posture, and flexibility. The movements are precise using steady breathing.
Toning
A non-aerobic, muscle-toning class that includes a range of exercises like planks, squats, push-ups, lunges, and more! With an emphasis on developing core strength, this class also benefits all areas of your body including your heart, joints, and skeletal system.
Zumba
A fun, fast-paced workout party that features Latin and international rhythms. This aerobic activity combines cardio and muscle conditioning to help you lose weight, strengthen your heart, and boost your energy levels!
Sweat n Burn
Improve your overall fitness and health, burn calories, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism. Be ready to sweat, breathe hard, and feel your heart rate increase as you work up a sweat.
Strength and Cardio
Get your blood pumping and build muscle to kick your endorphins into high gear. This class incorporates weight-room and compound exercises by using bands/dumbbells for cardiovascular endurance.

If you’ve experienced eye discomfort, blurry vision or symptoms of hypertension or eye strain, eye yoga is for you. Eye yoga aims to improve flexibility in your eye muscles to decrease stress and help focus better. Can be incorporated into your regular yoga practice.

Meet your authentic self through breath and movement. By looking inwards, we become more in tune with our bodies, growing a connection with the way our body moves and feels.
